All of our guides are native Spanish speakers and are also fluent in English, both spoken and written. For guests who speak other languages, we use reliable digital translation tools to ensure smooth communication. We welcome groups of all sizes! Most of our tours require a minimum of 2 guests, and we can accommodate groups of up to 50 people with advance notice. Whether it’s a couple’s getaway or a large family or cruise group, just contact us and we’ll help you plan the perfect Roatan experience.

We recommend booking your excursion at least 7 days in advance to ensure availability and allow us to prepare the best experience for you. However, we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests—so feel free to contact us even if your trip is just a few days away.

For transportation services, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. The earlier you book, the better we can serve you!

To confirm your excursion or tour, we require a 25% deposit of the total cost, payable via secure credit card link (a 3% transaction fee applies). The remaining balance can be paid in cash (USD) to your guide at the start of the tour—please make sure bills are clean and untorn.

If you prefer, we can also send a payment link for the remaining balance to be paid by credit card (3% fee applies).

For airport transfers or transportation services, full payment is due at the time of service.

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due on the day of your excursion or activity.

At this time, we do not offer installment or extended payment plans—but you’re always welcome to contact us if you need special arrangements.

Tips are never required but always appreciated! Your excursion or transfer cost covers all operational expenses—including vehicle maintenance, fuel, and any required fees. If you enjoyed your experience and wish to show appreciation for your guide or driver, gratuities are a wonderful way to say thank you for great service.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your excursion or transfer, please contact us directly as soon as possible so we can assist you and review your options.

Cancellations made within a reasonable time may qualify for a refund or credit, depending on the type of service booked.
