I understand that all tours & add-ons are subject to availability, and that submitting this form does not constitute a confirmed booking. If I have requested to book, my tour reservation will be considered confirmed after Roatan Transfer Plus has verified availability and after I have paid the 25% deposit. Once my booking is confirmed, I accept responsibility to notify Roatan Transfer Plus in the event of a cancellation or schedule change, and I acknowledge that my full deposit will be forfeit in the event of cancellation within 48 hours prior to scheduled tour start. I agree to pay the full balance in USD cash for all confirmed tour services upon commencement of the tour, as well as for any additional activities, purchases, or services that I or those accompanying me might order or request during the tour. While Roatan Transfer Plus takes reasonable precautions to ensure safety of guests and personal property, I and all persons accompanying me accept full responsibility for our personal property and safety and irrevocably release and save and hold harmless Roatan Transfer Plus from any cost or liability whatsoever arising from loss, damage, personal injury, illness, weather-related circumstances, or any circumstance beyond their control occurring during or affecting our tour.
